The owners recently mounted cameras
There are some dogs on the property
The only entrance without cameras is next to a populated street.
There are many animals on the property.
A lot of maybe toxic chemicals were left behind by the previous owners.
In some places there was looked like azbestos on the ground (near the main factories).
The new owners started demolishing.
Visit while you can.

The Aversa nuclear pump factory began in 1882 and produced large hammers, mill filters, scales, paints, and more. During the two world wars, civilian production was replaced by war production: machine gun parts, crowbars, bomb bodies, etc. In June 1948 it was nationalized, and in 1977 it reached the peak of production, with 38,000 employees producing over 75,500 pumps. Over time, the factory had lost its success, in 1990 it went through many failed privatizations, and in 2012 it went bankrupt.

Industrial activity started on this land in 1882 and the factory was one of the main pump producers in Europe at some point. In WW2, the army seized the factory, so the pumps are replaced with weapons and bomb shells on the production line. A very small part of the factory still operates today, but most of it was sold for scrap. Still, the complex is worth a visit, as most of the buildings are still standing and you can find chemical containers, old equipment and even books lying around.
