Visit duration    2 hours

Before I start, I would like to invite you to check out my Youtube video as you'll understand everything I wrote just below, I'spent quite a bit of time editing it so I appreciate if you leave a like. Ps I'm not a photographer but a filmmaker so forgive me for the pictures.

It was my first exploration, and I literally bumped into it, I was on a family trip at that time and seeing this mysterious building by the river with an old sign on it where I recognised the Kanjis (Japanese character) standing for Onsen (hot spring) raised my curiosity.

The entrance is easy to find, as the parking lot is right in front and you can easily park your car there, but be careful, the hotel is right next to the main road and many cars are passing by.

The overall beauty of this place is that the grass is growing inside the building and all the furnitures are traditional Japanese. There is also an old Karaoke machine in one of the room, such an interesting discovery.

It almost looks like some homeless might have had some rest in this place as in some of the rooms it looks like it was recently occupied.

What I enjoyed the most while exploring this place is that all the furnitures are still there and there is barely any damage to it, it also has some magical ambiance in it as it was a hot spring and it seems like the place was running well for most of it's time as you can find a traditional Japanese meeting room with all the tatami on the floor.

The hotel on my opinion has been abandoned since 2007. The cash register had some receipts dated around May 2007. I couldn't get my hand on any history abut the place.

All right now it's time to look at the video, just click on the Youtube link Below.
