Viel lässt sich über dieses Gebäude nicht herausfinden. In den 70er Jahren schrieb der "Spiegel" über das Bordell : "Hotel, Restaurant, internationales Film- sowie abendfüllendes Sex-Life-Programm" Mitte der 80er war hier wohl Schluss, so lässt sich anhand der Einrichtung vermuten. Der Betreiber des Bordells, der mehrere Etablissements in der Region besaß, wurde wegen Förderung der Prostitution verurteilt. Daraufhin tauchte er unter. Ein anderer Komplex von Ihm brannte in den 90ern gleich zwei mal, insgesamt bis auf die Grundmauern nieder.
