Un tempo, la zona veniva chiamata "Il paradiso dei bambini". Infatti, essendo situata su di una collina, si poteva godere di un ottimo clima, adatto per il benessere dei bambini che vi avrebbero trascorso lì le vacanze estive.

Ad oggi, di quella colonia rimangono solo i letti con materassi ammuffiti, sporcizia, cumuli di immondizia e tantissimi pacchetti di sigarette, appartenuti probabilmente a qualcuno che ha scelto questo posto come suo rifugio.
Niente bambini, niente urla divertite, niente preghiere e niente giochi. Solo il silenzio assordante dell'abbandono.

Most beautiful hospital in Italy

This abandoned hospital was used to treat a lot of tuberculosis patients. However, it was only for children. As they usually had a longer stay, there were classrooms for the kids. It closed in the 1980s and has been abandoned ever since. It's decaying rapidly as it was literally built into the mountain. Check out our YouTube video for more content!
