Nice location of an abandoned building in the middle of a neighbourhood. The place has some cool asthetic photo spots but is mostly decayed already.

The building next to it has 2 aggressive dogs but once on the terain i never saw those dogs again. i think there is a fence between the two buildings so you dont need to worry.

--------------------------------------
Just some empty buildings and some left overs of the cages. No details, only some graffiti

Not really interesting, only if you ar close and have some left-over time.

There used to be a coal mine here.
Nowadays it are just some empty buildings sitting between houses.

It's something not so impressive anymore as this place is really empty

A few good pieces of streetart and some cool looking buildings but that's mostly it.

This is one of the locations that probably everyone has seen. So what to say about it?

It is really strange to me that all those abandoned mines are often just around the corner of someone's house. This one is located at the edge of a street. The front part of the ground has apparently been sold to a concrete factory of some kind. The premises were locked off, and there were two very angry dogs guarding the grounds. We walked around them and entered the buildings from the back, no problem at all.

These dogs were fenced in but nevertheless, they followed us around the whole time we were there, so it is probably wise to stay as far away from them as possible, as they didn't stop barking.
Well at least one of them, the other one must have barked a bit too much, as all he could produce was this whiny whistling sound, the poor guy...

One of my first exploration. Nice place to take pictures.
When we were there, they were a bunch of kids from the neighboor playing so it's not super hidded :)

The view from one of the building was really pretty in autumn with the trees.

Don't go near the dogs (you can hear them barking, they guard the site next to this one), they can't get up and into the place and you don't need to go near them to enter. There is a fence you can just pass around on the side (100 meters frome the dog's gate).

Today we visited this beautiful location. To get in: don’t take the big gate where the dogs are barking. Walk across the location & on the right you will see a fence that you can open very easy!

Enjoy! ☀️

The Charbonnage n°10 "du Gouffre" was the main and last coal factory of the Charbonnages du Gouffre company, which started its activities in 1916. This building in particular was built after in 1934. It was closed in 1969, then the site was converted into a zoo between 1979 and 1982 before becoming the property of a car deconstructor. It's now completely abandoned and well-known by urbexers in Belgium.

The place is quite nice for photography, I find it particularly photogenic during sunset hours. It was one of my first explorations at the time.

Very beatiful place !
The place is big enough to visit but there isn't much to see ...

This place was operated from 1916 to 1969, The buildings were built in 1934. After the closure, the site converted into a zoo between 1979 and 1982 before becoming a car deconstruction site.

You can see here a few pictures from this place !
