Viva Lancia, so hieß der erste Ort den ich an meinem zweiten Tag in Belgien besuchte. Er befand sich an einer wenig befahrenen Straße, mit sehr ruhiger Lage. Von außen konnte man kaum erahnen, was sich hinter dem unauffälligen Haus befand. Der Weg hinein war ein reinstes Kinderspiel. Mit Leichtigkeit durch die kaputte Türe vom Schuppen und schon stand man im Garten. Doch dieser war weniger ein Garten, als viel eher ein Traum, von einem Lancia Liebhaber. Dieser hatte im Laufe seiner Zeit, immer mehr jener Automarke gesammelt, bis er Schlussendlich sage und schreibe 15 Lancias die er in seinem Garten parkte, sein Eigen nennen konnte. Es ist und war ein aufregendes Erlebnis, auf diesem Autofriedhof ein paar Lancias aus längst vergangener Zeit zu bewundern. Das Haus selbst war nicht sehr spannend, weshalb ich Ihm nur wenig Aufmerksamkeit schenkte.

Second Visit: 12 August 2021 ca. 11 Uhr

Schon im Vorfeld war klar, dass der zweite Besuch bei Viva Lancia ein Misserfolg werden würde. Denn Anfang des Jahres, las ich über Renovierungsarbeiten und sah auf Fotos einen riesigen Container in der Einfahrt des Hauses. Jedoch über die Autos, bzw. deren Abtransport fand ich nichts. Aus diesem Grund, musste ich noch ein mal halt machen und mich vergewissern, was mit den Lancias geschehen ist. Zu meiner bitteren Enttäuschung, waren Sie Weg. Im Nachhinein erfuhr ich dann, dass alle Lancias mitte März 2021 zum Schrottplatz abtransportiert worden sind und diese Neuigkeit hat mich sehr getroffen......

the cars are still there the house is not in a very good condition. I recon they are going to demolish it very soon since there are fences around the front of the house back is still accessible. For me the location was very easy to find because I recognized the area in a yt vid and its very close by where I live. but if you would have no clue to work with it will be very hard to find.

Nice house, unfortunately caught fire. In the backyard these beautiful cars. House is located on a busy street and from the garden you can look inside neighbors.

We visited villa lancia which was still a good place for making photos, you can enter thru the back and then you will face the house. The house itself is completely destroyed in a fire and not very safe to enter also there is nothing to see anymore. But if you go left, behind the bushes there are 15 Lancia’s and some extra parts you can photograph. The cars are rusted and nature took over but this is a nice thing, on the other hand there are also windows destroyed and pieces of the car broken because of vandalism. It is still a nice place to take a stop and make some awesome photos. I give this place a 7/10.

The cars were still there. But the house was trashed completely. I went here on a sunny day what was perfect for taking pictures. This is a very popular location. when I was leaving another group of explores came by for a visit. The cars itself are still perfect. you can see the traces of nature what makes them perfect.

We went to have a quick look at Villa Lancia on NYE. We arrived and the neighbour was outside but dindt say anything at all. So went to the back of the house were the cars are. The cars are trashed and ripped. But still worth a shot. Okay location but dont have high expectations!

Viva Lancia, also known as Villa Lancia, is a house with the garden full of classic Lancia's.
Cool to explore and photograph, many great models with good amount of decay.
Good for high detailed photos, or just to see those beautifull cars just standing there.
