The Hobo House, near to one of the wealthy neighborhoods in Quito there líes an ancient yet unnoticed abandoned house, to be honest i dont have that real info on the past or circumstances of why this place was abandoned. BUT i can tell you that this place is significant to me because it was my first urbex place. Now to give you a picture of the place the access is by jumping an almost 6 feet Wall (relatively easy) though by the time you read this, the access has been closed with wire so its really hard near imposible to get in. The house is really old and almost in debris, it has three Stories but going down the access point. The house is full es with graffiti, and traces of beds, liquour bottles and some needles can be found by all the place. Son thats were its name comes, Hobo house beacause it is known by the neighbors that this place is a Hobo heaven. Also its important to point out that vegetation has taken the place which gives this location a certain charm. Thats what i can summarized of this old yet important place, the place where i was born as an urban Explorer.
